199!!!! How the heck did I do that???

Hard to believe, but the scale doesn't lie. I started exactly one week ago, and have lost 9 pounds this week!!! Of course, I won't be able to keep up that loss, and may not lose anymore weight for a few days, and likely it will now be at a rate of about 2 or 3 pounds a week, but it feels great to have tackled so much of that initial weight gain of 13 pounds. I thought it would take a couple weeks to drop that, and was discouraged that I was had I not gained that weight, I would have been that much closer to my goal.

9 down. 21 to go!!! YAY!

Yeah. It's been a while. Life got in the way of blogging about fat. I've gained a bit. Maybe 13 pounds, I think, I'll have to go back and look at the last entries. I think having accountability is important towards moving forward, so I shall continue blogging.

Hoping by Christmas to be 178. That would be great.

Wow. Just checked and my last entry in April shows I was at 195. Damn. I have to go down 13 pounds. That's almost half the goal I made for Christmas. Oh well. Time to get on it. Headed out the door for a several mile walk.
