199!!!! How the heck did I do that???

Hard to believe, but the scale doesn't lie. I started exactly one week ago, and have lost 9 pounds this week!!! Of course, I won't be able to keep up that loss, and may not lose anymore weight for a few days, and likely it will now be at a rate of about 2 or 3 pounds a week, but it feels great to have tackled so much of that initial weight gain of 13 pounds. I thought it would take a couple weeks to drop that, and was discouraged that I was had I not gained that weight, I would have been that much closer to my goal.

9 down. 21 to go!!! YAY!

Yeah. It's been a while. Life got in the way of blogging about fat. I've gained a bit. Maybe 13 pounds, I think, I'll have to go back and look at the last entries. I think having accountability is important towards moving forward, so I shall continue blogging.

Hoping by Christmas to be 178. That would be great.

Wow. Just checked and my last entry in April shows I was at 195. Damn. I have to go down 13 pounds. That's almost half the goal I made for Christmas. Oh well. Time to get on it. Headed out the door for a several mile walk.

Still slow going...I've probably said that before, but the fact it's been almost 2 1/2 years and I've kept the weight off and haven't regained anything speaks highly of the method. I'm still not doing anything in particular...if anything I'm not getting enough calories and I've been in starvation mode forever, but perhaps when I feel better I can concentrate on a healthier diet/lifestyle. Ugh. It often feels like I'm between a rock and hard place with his stuff.

Not much has happened weight wise. Very slow going. I'm actually not eating enough to take my body out of starvation mode. If you're going to be too poor to afford food, you should be able to enjoy the luxury of losing a ton of weight!!! Oh well, at least I can say I've kept the weight off for over two years now and haven't had a backslide!

FINALLY!!! I weighed myself a half dozen times over the last few hours just to make sure, and yep, I'm in normal people weight zone!! I am still obeast, but with a BMI of 30.3, I just have to get down to 196 to be overweight!!! If I get down to 164, that will put me in normal weight range for my height!

YES!!!

Of course, I've been sick, but I'll take what I can get. 199 seems like such a magical number right now--to achieve 199 means I'm in "normal" people weight territory. It also means I'm no longer o-beast, just fat!!! I'll take fat any day!
